Polyester Decals Screenprinted for Your Custom Need
This particular customer needed Polyester Decals screenprinted with a very durable outdoor glossy over-laminate, no problem. They also needed them converted into Simplified Chinese along with English, still not a problem as this is our specialty!
Polyester decals screenprinted are commonly used for anything that creates lots of heat as it’s designed to withstand high temperatures, moisture, oils and alkalines. If you want durability, you want them screen printed as it doesn’t get anymore industrial and hardier than Scree Printed UV Inks.
We can put various types of adhesive on the back depending on the application and what you need your labels to stick to. We have in-house graphic designers ready to deliver artwork as you demand it. For most instances I always suggest that we create proofs and a sample or two for you to test out in person. It’s always a good idea to make sure that the shoe fits accordingly before rolling out production on 1,000 labels. I have noticed that a lot of electrical controls and panels tend to rely on polyester as the standard material for labeling due to how heat resistant it is. Polyester Decals are used both indoors and outdoors and have a temperature tolerance of -50°F to +250°F.
